Payment reward structure as below. Total three steps are there. Once you join, you will come under Silver program. After completion of 50 devotees, you will be considered as Gold. Once you reach 150 mark, then you will become Platinum.

SILVER:
Your commission per person 1100/- rupees.

GOLD:
Your commission per person 1500/- rupees.

PLATINUM:
Your commission per person 1800/- rupees.
